According to a Breitbart report, during a World Health Organization (WHO) investigation into the origin of the virus in China, the Global Times, one of the Chinese Communist Party’s propaganda media, published a report insinuating that the CCP Virus originated in frozen food products from abroad.
On Jan. 14, a team from the WHO arrived in China to investigate the origin of the Chinese virus, focusing its attention primarily on the Huanan seafood market, which some have pointed to as the source of the virus due to unsanitary practices of selling “fresh” wild animals for human consumption.
However, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) admitted in May 2020 that it destroyed all initial samples of the virus and disinfected the alleged source of the virus, so it is strange that the WHO has embarked on such a mission, or to put it in harsher terms, it looks like another political propaganda stunt by the CCP with the help of the corrupt United Nations organization.
Consistent contradictions indicate a pattern of lies
The Global Times story asked, “Is it possible that the coronavirus was passed on from cold-chain products into Wuhan, or more specifically, to the Huanan seafood market, where the sale of frozen products was once so prevalent?”
But the question itself contradicts the evidence.
Precisely because the market sold “fresh” animals, killed, and slaughtered on site for human consumption, gained the name “wet market” so, to imply that the virus was transmitted from frozen products is baseless.
There is also no evidence that the sale of frozen food was one of the business activities of the market.
Moreover, according to the U.S. CDC website, “The risk of getting sick with COVID-19 from eating or handling food (including frozen food and produce) and food packages is considered very low.”
Gao Fu, director of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said in January 2020, “The origin of the new coronavirus is the wildlife sold illegally in a Wuhan seafood market,” arguing that 31 of 33 virus samples tested led to the Huanan market.
But to pave the way for the CCP’s new explanation, Gao also had to “rectify” his initial statement in May 2020.
“At first, we assumed the seafood market might have the virus, but now the market is more like a victim. The novel coronavirus had existed long before,” said Gao.
Wuhan high security level lab remains the strongest theory
Because the coronavirus family does not have the ability to directly infect humans, the strongest theory of its origin remains the activity at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) high security lab, which was flagged by former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
“The United States government has reason to believe that several researchers inside the WIV became sick in autumn 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak, with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses,” Pompeo said.
Pompeo called for WHO investigators to have “access to the records of the WIV’s work on bat and other coronaviruses before the COVID-19 outbreak.”
However, with a “friend” in the White House, [Joe Biden] it will be difficult for the U.S. government to press Beijing for genuine answers to this tragedy.
“The United States reiterates the importance of unfettered access to virus samples, lab records and personnel, eyewitnesses, and whistleblowers to ensure the credibility of the WHO’s final report,” Pompeo stated. “Until the CCP allows a full and thorough accounting of what happened in Wuhan, it is only a matter of time until China births another pandemic and inflicts it on the Chinese people, and the world.”
