The John Templeton Foundation (JTF), which is dedicated to supporting abortion in collaboration with faith-based groups, is the primary funder of the Vatican’s global health conference.

Not very long after the shocking revelation that the Vatican is investing huge money in the abortion industry, ChurchMilitant reported another dreadful fact about the Catholic Church.

The outlet also included that the conference by the name “Exploring the Mind, Body, and Soul,” expected to begin on May 6 online, will feature Pfizer, a promoter of the injectable contraceptive Sayana Press that international aid groups aim to bring to underdeveloped regions.

JTF, while glamorously described by Vatican’s publicity as a foundation that promotes “all faith traditions,” also endorses global contraception, with Italy’s Daily New Compass would refer to JTF as “one of the main protagonists” of the program.

Meanwhile, Pfizer, among the key suppliers for Covid-19 vaccines, is found to have a highly controversial history of unethical practices, ChurchMillitant reported.

Contraceptive Depo-Provera developed by the pharma giant was reported to have concerning side effects that up to twenty percent of users could be subjected to. Takers could be more prone to osteoporosis, bone fractures, and changes in the menstrual cycle.

According to the Church Militant, the company has faced countless lawsuits over the past 10 years, with the greatest health care fraud settlement of $2.3 billion in 2009.

Additionally, the pharmaceutical company was also involved in a scandal in 1996, when 11 children died due to Pfizer’s unapproved clinical trials on children with meningitis in Nigeria, with hundreds more being made disabled.

Concerning the morning-after pill, ChurchMilitant quoted a warning from the Pontifical Academy for Life from more than 20 years ago, stating that the advertised “emergency contraceptive” was just a disguise for killing embryos.

“We strongly urge everyone who works in this sector to make a firm objection of moral conscience,” the statement from Pontifical Academy for Life read.
