“Experts” from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) offered to build and manage a global health passport system for the WHO to control the free movement of the world’s population.

According to Breitbart, in an article in the Chinese state-run propagandist media, Global Times, the “experts” proposed to create the system to monitor vaccinated people in as little as a week using their technical ability and experience in the field of monitoring every aspect of people’s private lives.

“Chinese experts noted on Tuesday that China can help by sharing its experience with and provide technical support to the WHO to organize the issue,” the Times reported, “as China is the most experienced country in using a health code system in the world while the WHO is the most proper organizer for the matter to ensure independence, fairness and data security.”

Vaccine passport system in China

On Wednesday, March 10, the CCP launched its vaccine passport system within its borders so it can tell which people have received the vaccine and allow or deny them to travel in or out of China.

The CCP’s health passport is merely another piece of the extensive social credit system that it implemented years ago and plays the same role.

In another article, the Global Times boasted about how the CCP has destroyed the privacy and normal lives of its citizens.

“As of March, 13.49 million individuals have been classified as untrustworthy and rejected access to 20.47 million plane tickets and 5.71 million high-speed train tickets for being dishonest,” the Global Times reported in May.

It should be noted that the “dishonesty” in this case may have been simple criticism of some CCP policy or by simply believing in God.

A global health passport does not guarantee secure personal data

In an earlier report, the CEO of a data privacy company explained that in the face of the possibility of implementing a global health passport, it is virtually impossible to keep personal data secure and that one’s personal details could unfailingly be bought for a few dollars on Google.

On top of all that, having the Chinese Communist Party, considered the leading violator of human rights in our modern history, in charge of health passports seems like a sick joke.

“In terms of technology, I believe that Chinese companies can build an international platform in just one week,” one of those experts, the head of a Chinese organization identified as the Information Consumption Alliance, claimed. “The WHO can draft the rules, procedures, and data format. China [CCP] is very willing to provide support in sharing experience and techniques in setting up such a platform as the country has rich experience in this.”

Indeed, the CCP’s experience is based on imprisoning dissidents, killing believers for their organs, torturing innocent people, eliminating unwanted minorities, and forcing abortions on women.

World not ready for vaccine passport

Apparently, the CCP’s proposal is in response to statements by WHO’s head of health emergencies, Dr. Michael Ryan, who said the time was not right for a vaccine passport system.

“Vaccination is just not available enough around the world and is not available certainly on an equitable basis,” Ryan contended, which would lead to “inequality and unfairness.”

However, the CCP’s proposals should be worrisome since during the Chinese virus crisis, the world saw how the WHO covered up the CCP’s wrongdoing and proved not to be an independent entity.
