On Tuesday Rep. Michael McCaul, the ranking Republican member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs says that everything he's seen so far defies any kind of fairness adding the House should vote on a resolution to conduct an impeachment inquiry before moving forward with its investigation. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent arrived on Capitol Hill to testify. Three House committees - the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and Committee on Oversight and Reform - are jointly interviewing Kent.
