President Trump delivered remarks at a “Black Voices rally in Atlanta. In his address, the president says African-Americans are coming back to the Republican Party in "record numbers,". Speaking to the crowd, many wearing "BLACK LIVES MAGA" hats,  the President says the support from the African American community has been "overwhelming."
