An educator from Virginia may skip vaccination because he cannot be infected by the deadly disease, a judge ruled.
The U.S. Virginia Eastern District Court granted Todd Zywicki’s request to be exempt from a mandatory Chinese Communist Party (CCP) virus vaccine.
The law professor is permitted to continue working for George Mason University (GMU) in Fairfax, 19 miles west of downtown Arlington. This is on the condition he is tested for the CCP virus weekly, and stays more than six feet away from staff and students while on campus.
The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), which advised Zywicki on the matter, successfully argued a qualified immunologist completed multiple CCP virus antibody tests on the plaintiff. Multiple positive test results prove his natural immunity is so strong that he does not need to be inoculated.
“NCLA is pleased that GMU granted professor Zywicki’s medical exemption, which we believe it only did because he filed this lawsuit,” lead counsel Jenin Younes said in a statement.
NCLA accused GMU of ordering Zywicki to have the unnecessary procedure, even though the action directly violated fundamental medical ethics.
The judicial victory means the professor is allowed to return to his usual duties of inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
“I am gratified that George Mason has given me a medical exemption to allow me to fulfill my duties this fall semester in light of unprecedented circumstances,” he said in the same statement.
The professor hopes his employer will someday concede that science establishes, beyond a doubt, natural immunity is as “robust or more so than vaccine immunity.”
“We have increased public awareness that vaccinating the naturally immune is medically unnecessary, and presents an elevated risk of harm to COVID-19 survivors,” he said.
He revealed he is just one in “tens of millions” of patients in the same situation, across the United States.
“I call on leaders across the country to develop humane and science-based approaches as opposed to one-size-fits-all policies,” he said.
If you only have time or interest to read three key papers on variants, natural immunity, and vaccines, this is a good list:https://t.co/51fXzhlRmj (general)https://t.co/pjDzzHB3AZ (continued evolution of natural immunity)https://t.co/BzgDA0gKqm (viral load)— Todd Zywicki (@ToddZywicki) August 10, 2021
NCLA will continue to explore legal avenues to make GMU admit the CCP virus vaccine is unnecessary for those with natural immunity.
For now, the university’s reopening policy remains in force.
“All George Mason University employees are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination no later than Aug. 1, 2021, or receive one dose of a World Health Organization approved vaccine–or Food and Drug Administration/emergency use authorized approved vaccine by Aug. 15, 2021,” the GMU website said.
The professor recently mocked the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) because it wrongly claimed vaccinating those with natural immunity offers much greater protection.
Here's a deep dive into just SOME of the problems with the pathetic CDC study that claims to show positive but trivial (0.04% v 0.09%) increased protection from full vax+NI (which it is too small and flawed to even show that). https://t.co/AsoZmQXMZr— Todd Zywicki (@ToddZywicki) August 18, 2021
