The White House Senior Advisor, Stephen Miller, recalled that in the U.S. National Constitution, the deadline for the presidential election is Nov. 20.
That’s why President Donald Trump will have until that day to define his reelection, regardless of whether the Electoral College decides otherwise, as cited by the Washington Examiner on Dec. 14.
“We have more than enough time to correct the error of this fraudulent election result and certify Donald Trump as the winner of the election,” Miller said confidently in the reelection.
He also reported an alternative list of voters who will vote in states where the Trump campaign has pending lawsuits.
“As we speak today, an alternative list of voters from the states in dispute will be voting, and we will be sending those results to Congress,” Miller added.
Today, Dec. 14, state voters will be voting in each of the 50 state capitals, and Congress will consider those results on Jan. 6.
Miller supported the wide possibility that President Trump will be re-elected because of the large number of irregularities and evidence of electoral fraud that the legal team presented before different courts, grouping them into three main categories.
One of them was the improper issuance of absentee ballots in Wisconsin, another, the violation of the Equal Protection Clause in Pennsylvania with cured votes, and the other, the changes in the matching of signatures in Georgia without the approval of the state legislature, as listed by Breitbart.
“Those three violations alone make Donald Trump the winner of the 2020 election,” Miller said.
Among the states working hard on election transparency is Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.
On the other hand, a senior Republican official in Georgia confirmed that the alternative vote Miller referred to was actually taking place, according to National File.
“It’s definitely happening. It’s not a secret. The campaign is doing this right now … One of the voters is a good friend of mine, and he’s in Atlanta right now,” the official said.
It is not the first time that an alternative list is presented. This was already the case in 1876, when something similar happened in Florida, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Oregon, which was resolved with negotiations between Republicans and Democrats.
The morale of the legal team working for the right to an election that respects the American people’s will is high, and several alternatives are still valid to reveal who is the real president elected by it.
