Former President Donald Trump’s political strength not only remains intact but is growing by the day, despite the relentless pursuit of his leftist Democratic and corporate enemies.

While it has become evident that Trump continues to work hard for his country and that expectations are high that he will be elected president for a second time, he may cede the option to another Republican, and that could be Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

The golf match they played two days ago at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, reported by the Daily Mail on April 12, would support that option.

Before this sporting encounter, the day before, Trump gave an invitation-only speech at his Mar-A-Lago mansion before the Republican National Committee’s donor summit. He dismissed other possible Republican presidential hopefuls.

On this occasion, he referred to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell as a “stone loser” and mentioned that he was ‘disappointed’ with his vice president, Mike Pence.

The day after this devastating reference to McConnell and Pence, Trump shared his thoughts with DeSantis outdoors, just the two of them. The possibility has increased that this could be the former president’s successor in the White House.

On the other hand, DeSantis was the electorate’s top choice, as evidenced by a March 24 poll in which he led Pence, according to Newsweek. Trump was not included in the poll, which asked who the electorate supported if Trump were to not seek a second term in the 2024 presidential election.

Additionally, DeSantis’ exceptional work as governor marked a milestone amid the national disaster caused by the CCP (Communist Party of China) Virus pandemic. He successfully defied restrictions imposed by health authorities.

He firmly opposed strict closures and kept the economy open in the face of fierce criticism from his opponents, who were overwhelmed when comparing the positive results he achieved with those obtained by the strictly closed Democratic state of California.

According to Twitter user @ChipotleExtra, DeSantis has exceptional qualities to occupy the country’s presidency. He tweeted,

“If he runs, DeSantis would be the only GOP presidential candidate in the modern era who combines the following: Elite Ivy League pedigree, military experience, [experience in] Congress, successful governor of a large and diverse state, very smart and knowledgeable, and great communicator.

On the other hand, citizens also interpret positively the fact that leftists relentlessly pursue him, taking it as evidence that they fear him.

“And to think it’s coincidental that the entire Democratic propaganda machine is working 24 hours a day to try to take him out,” tweeter Dave Rogers, identified as @iahphx, writes in response to @ChipotleExtra’s tweet.

Trump not only remains the undisputed leader of the Republican Party, but for some, they consider he hasn’t lost power, and they expect him to regain it in its entirety soon.
In this sense, for Italian journalist Cesare Sacchetti, Trump is, in fact, the one who is in charge, in which case the president, Joe Biden, would obey his guidelines.

“Biden will restart the construction of the wall on the southern border of the United States. Basically, Trump is continuing his border defense policy through Biden’s puppet administration. Isn’t this a masterpiece?” wrote Sacchetti.
