The initial suppression of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Virus (coronavirus) weakened this regime to the levels it was at in the late 1970s, according to renowned American author and the Martin and Illie Anderson Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Victor Davis Hanson.

For Hanson, the deadly global impact caused by the CCP Virus was the drop that filled the glass and dragged the Chinese regime to its lowest level on the world stage, also marked by the million Uyghurs that it retains in re-education camps and the violent repression in Hong Kong.

Likewise, the repeated violations of human rights, the repression of religious freedom, the relentless internal surveillance system, and the “neocolonial Silk Road scheme” have caused terror in the world, wrote Hanson in the National Review.

The United States has implemented far superior management against the CCP virus, and can blame the Chinese regime for the lives lost because it hid its existence for months, Hanson said.

Hanson assumes that the United states will now come out stronger than ever and be careful to produce basic strategic supplies itself, rather than outsourcing them overseas, as this could be used as a weapon against it.

This is the view of President Trump, for whom saving lives is a priority, and who is confident that the economy will recover.

“We are looking to save the maximum number of lives,” President Trump told reporters at the White House. “Everything else is going to come back. A life is never going to come back. Our economy is going to come roaring back,” Trump added on March 17.

The Chinese regime has been blamed for the nefarious spread of the CCP Virus that emerged in the city of Wuhan, Hebei Province, China.

As it did in 2002 when the SARS virus appeared, the Chinese regime also concealed the appearance of the CCP virus that is now causing a global disaster.

The Chinese regime not only concealed the appearance of the CCP Virus but also persecuted those who tried to report its appearance and even recently banned American journalists from entering China.
