Tampa police said that a Crime Stoppers tip led them to arrest 28-year-old Steven Tack for the crime of stealing a wallet from a man in a wheelchair that happened outside the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City, Florida, on Aug. 7, according to Fox 13 News.

In the surveillance video shared by The Tampa Police Department on Sept. 4 showed a male suspect approaching the victim in a wheelchair outside the iconic restaurant. He could then be seen sneaking up behind his victim to grab the wallet from the man’s shirt pocket. He then ran from the scene.

Police officers found several credit cards with the name “Steven Campbell” in his possession. They discovered Tack had three active warrants under the last name Campbell after investigating further.

Besides the robbery charge, Tack faces 12 counts of providing false information to a pawn broker, 11 counts of dealing in stolen property, and one count of grand theft.
