Trump Campaign attorney Jenna Ellis announced that her legal team would be appealing the Third Circuit Court of Pennsylvania’s decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Court in Pennsylvania found that there was no merit in the fraud suit filed by the Trump Campaign, which Ellis alluded to in a tweet.

“@RudyGiuliani and me on Third Circuit’s opinion … now to the Supreme Court,” she added.

After an uphill struggle to regain transparency in the U.S. election process, Trump’s lawyers succeeded in getting the election results certification in Pennsylvania stopped, at least until a hearing was held to present evidence and testimony about the fraud.

However, this refusal by the Third Circuit Court will be taken to the Supreme Court, in the hope that justice will finally be done, and the rights of the voters recognized.

For their part, Trump supporters remain excited and vigilant about the pending legal proceedings and the outcome to finally announce re-election.

“What the court fails to recognize is that if it is true, over 73 million Americans were disenfranchised in the most insidious and vile manner. I believe it is incumbent upon the court to allow the investigation to inspire confidence in the electorate,” tweeted @therealschume.

Likewise, for the user @thenthinkagain the results depend on the corresponding rulings being issued by the Courts.

“Nothing is defined until the Supreme Court rules,” replied the Twitter user @thenthinkagain

In addition to the lawsuits in the Pennsylvania courts, there are other lawsuits in Arizona and Michigan.

“There were serious irregularities, we have evidence of fraud in several states, and it is important for all Americans to have faith in our electoral process,” Ellis said earlier, according to Fox News.

She also emphasized that: “All we’ve wanted from the beginning is to count every legal vote and discount every illegal vote.

Although Pennsylvania and Arizona have certified Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, the power to decide a contested election lies with the state legislatures.

“State legislatures are uniquely qualified and positioned to hold hearings on election irregularities and fraud before voters are elected,” Trump’s campaign said.
