Conservative journalist Alex Marlow’s new book, Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption, reveals the deep connections between Big Tech and the Democratic Party establishment that were key to Biden’s victory as President of the United States.

Marlow’s book has been available for a few days in the leading online stores and promises to be among the best sellers.

In its contents, you will find numerous proofs and political analyses that prove that President Biden enormously benefited during the elections from his partners in Silicon Valley. And after the election was over, Biden quickly rewarded the big tech elite with influential positions on his transition team.

“Jeff Zients, a former Facebook board member, is Biden’s COVID czar. Erskine Bowles, a former Facebook board member, advised the transition. Jessica Hertz, formerly a government affairs executive at Facebook, served as the Biden transition team’s general counsel,” Marlow writes by way of reporting a few examples.

The book explains how executives from other companies, including Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, were placed in the new web of relationships between Big Tech and Big Government, wielding a veritable “chain of favors” on both sides.

Breaking the News also reveals the exponential merger between Big Tech and its vast surveillance apparatus and the U.S. national security deep state. In this regard, Marlow explains that “after Biden’s election win, the convergence of the national security establishment and the Masters of the Universe began to reveal itself.“

In this sense, the book shows that Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the Director of National Intelligence, Avril Haines, worked for the consulting firm WestExec, which Blinken co-founded with Michèle Flournoy, former Deputy Secretary of Defense under President Obama.

At the same time, Google allegedly hired WestExec to help them win valuable contracts with the Defense Department, according to Marlow’s book.

As reported by Reuters in December 2020, a former Google CEO, Eric Schmidt, a billionaire with significant influence in Silicon Valley, lobbied the Biden administration by making personnel recommendations for Defense Department appointments while the company sought major military contracts and defense work.

According to the Reuters report, “The Biden transition team has already stacked its agency review teams with more tech executives than tech critics. It has also added to its staff several officials from Big Tech companies, which emerged as top donors to the campaign.”

A Fox News investigation in mid-December 2020, revealed that several top Twitter and Facebook executives had donated up to the maximum allowed by law to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. It took place amid a scandal over Big Tech’s limitation on the circulation of reports detailing the illegal offshore dealings of Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, when his father was vice president.

While it is not illegal to donate money, as expected, the records do not identify a single Facebook or Twitter executive who has contributed to President Donald Trump’s campaign. Proving the political bias in Silicon Valley and the biases with which they operate and make decisions that directly or indirectly affect everyone.
