A U.S. federal judge forced the FBI to publish the meetings between its lawyers and those of Hillary Clinton in relation to the Trump-Russia plot. The information, which could be a serious setback for the so-called deep state, was released by the conservative organization Judicial Watch.

According to his sworn testimony, in 2016 former FBI lawyer James Baker received a package of information from Michael Sussmann, a former Justice Department (DOJ) lawyer and legal partner at the international law firm Perkins Coie.

The documents were intended to damage the image of then-presidential candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 elections.

The Perkins Coie group belonged to the same law firm that represented the Democratic National Committee (DNC) campaign and Hillary Clinton.

Moreover, Clinton channeled money through Perkins Coie to pay for the dossier on the false collusion between members of Trump’s campaign team with Russia, Judicial Watch explained.

It should be remembered that after an extensive and costly investigation, special counsel Robert Mueller determined that there was no evidence of such collusion.

“It was like—my recollection was it was a stack of material I don’t know maybe a quarter inch half inch thick something like that clipped together, and then I believe there was some type of electronic media, as well, a disk or something,” James Baker told the House Justice and Intelligence Committees in October 2018, according to The Gateway Pundit.

Baker also told lawmakers that Sussmann had shared information with the media that allegedly harmed Trump.

A setback for the deep state

According to journalist Cristina Laila of The Gateway Pundit, FBI Director Christopher Asher Wray is trying to cover the links between Hillary Clinton and the false Russian collusion.

However, District Judge James E. Boasberg on Friday denied the Justice Department’s effort to block the disclosure of the Baker-Sussmann encounters.

To dispel any doubt about the judge’s eventual bias, The Gateway Pundit notes that Boasberg was appointed by former Democratic President Barack Obama.

Indeed, while he was part of the Perkins Coie group, Sussmann represented the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign at a time when the renowned law firm secretly paid for the preparation of the Russian false collusion dossier.

The ultimate goal was for that document to be used by the DOJ, under the Obama administration, to obtain FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrants to spy on Trump’s campaign (which eventually happened).

Until now, the FBI had been arguing that it needed to protect the “privacy” of Hillary Clinton’s lawyer.

But on Friday Judge Boasberg ruled,“Any risk of invasion [of privacy] evaporated once Baker publicly testified that he had received documents from Sussmann, as well as met with and spoken to him on multiple occasions in 2016.”

“The FBI is corruptly trying to keep secret documents to protect those behind the Russiagate smears of President Trump,” denounced Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Fitton said that two federal courts have rejected the FBI’s “desperate” attempts to hide the details of the anti-Trump conspiracy between the intelligence office itself and people close to Hillary Clinton.

“Why is Director Wray allowing the corrupt cover up the FBI’s Russiagate collusions with the Clinton gang?” Fitton asked.

The answer may lie in the efforts of the so-called deep state—an extensive network of bureaucrats, politicians, and personalities—not to bring to light the dark interests of a dominant elite that sees President Trump as an enemy trying to expose them.
