Senator Marco Rubio considers it irresponsible “to lie to the American people in order to manipulate their behavior,” and that’s what the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci has done.

Rubio said, “The American people deserve the truth; they also deserve accountability. When elected representatives make decisions, they can be held responsible by the public,” he says in an article published on Fox News, Dec. 30.

From his point of view, “passing the buck to unelected technocrats avoids accountability.” It leads them to interpret the facts by interfering in the political process and the voters’ actions.

In this sense, Rubio considers that Fauci’s lies exceeded the limits, and he feels “horrified by his arrogance.”

“If he wants to lead the nation, he should run for office. Otherwise, he should give us an honest and transparent reading of the science, not polling data, and let the rest of us—policymakers and the American people who have elected them—do our jobs,” Rubio reiterated.

Fauci admitted that he had deceived Americans by changing the percentage needed for ‘group immunity’ or herd immunity to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus to take effect from 60 to 90 percent, with no scientific basis.

For Fauci, lying was a stratagem to increase the percentage of people who get vaccinated especially since he receives a substantial commission on the vaccines’ sale.

In the face of the disastrous crisis generated by the CCP Virus, Americans had to make difficult decisions. Scientists were expected to contribute what they know from their areas, not their opinions and expectations endorsed by fame.

That intervention “has its limits, and we must not be afraid to call them out when they’re caught overstepping their legitimate authority,” Rubio reiterated.

Another of Fauci’s manipulations was evidenced by what he said in March: “there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask,” and he warned that “there are unintended consequences” of wearing them.

In June, he admitted that he did not rely on science but fear about the scarcity of masks.

Fauci’s positions were deemed controversial by President Trump himself, who suggested that he be removed from office during his next term.

Fauci positioned himself as the “authoritative voice” of the opposition to the government and the hegemonic media, to spread a discourse of fear and justify an endless quarantine.

His interference went far enough for him to be declared a traitor to the United States, before the Department of Justice, according to BeforeIt’sNews on Dec. 29.
