A Boston hospital will base its patient care on critical race theory, leaving whites last after caring for people of other races such as Blacks and Latinos.
Moreover, it is proposing that its initiative be considered part of a pilot phase to apply its care model nationwide, according to the April 8 Washington Examiner.
This proposal emerged at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the second-largest teaching hospital at Harvard Medical School and the largest hospital at Longwood in Boston, Massachusetts.
“Together with a coalition of physician colleagues and hospital leaders, we have developed what we hope will be a replicable pilot program to directly correct many racial inequities in medical care,” Harvard Medical School instructors Bram Wispelwey and Michelle Morse wrote in an article.
This hospital’s policy will prefer “black and Latino patients and community members” over white patients, as part of a supposed “reparations framework” from the focus of an “anti-racist agenda for medicine.”
Additionally, the authors purport to balance “racial inequality” with “cash transfers and discounted or free care” only for minorities.
Wispelwey and Morse were spurred on by the Democrats’ leftist policies, evidenced by the Biden administration procedures.
“We encourage other institutions to proceed with confidence in the name of equity and racial justice, with the backing provided by recent White House executive orders,” the authors wrote.
For their part, hospital officials said they consider Wispelwey and Morse’s article an expression of their views and apply the guidelines it contains to those with certain heart conditions.
Adding it is “a pilot program for patients with heart failure, intended to address racial disparities found in a recent study that found that race, as well as other factors, affected who was admitted to the hospital’s cardiology service,” reported the Washington Examiner.
Unsurprisingly, this controversial hospital care program that will discriminate against white care, not based on science or the urgency to preserve patients’ lives, generated outrage and widespread backlash in the networks.
“You call this anti-racist? You couldn’t POSSIBLY be more IGNORANT! You’re the epitome of racism!” angrily protested the network user identified as @DaveSchreiber3, directing his message at the hospital.

Likewise, user @Right_Hippie notes the blatant racism in these approaches by the hospital, exclaiming the obvious: “Racism is racism no matter the color of the skin!”

In this context, author Tom Tillison brings to mind the controversial applications of so-called “reparations” in the wake of the death of African-American drug addict George Floyd, which occurred nearly a year ago as police arrested him.
“Today’s radical Democratic Party was very successful in exploiting George Floyd’s death to establish as fact the toxic doctrine of critical race theory,” Tillison wrote.
He added: “The party came to this coveted position with a big assist from corporate America, the sports industry, along with its traditional allies, the largely corrupt liberal media.”
