President Donald Trump has voiced his praise of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) after a video shows its crew leaped onto a moving submarine to seize cocaine smugglers.

“Do you believe this kind of bravery? Amazing drug seizure. WATCH!” President Trump tweeted late Thursday, July 11, sharing the one-minute video from USCG’s Facebook account.

In the dramatic video, USCG was live-streaming a moment its guardsmen intercepted a semi-submersible vessel filled with drugs off the South American coast. Two members can be seen jumping from the Coast Guard Cutter Munro onto the mostly submerged vessel to force it to stop.

USCG revealed on its Facebook that its forces found more than 16,000 pounds of cocaine inside the self-propelled semi-submersible vessel.

Vice President Mike Pence came to welcome the crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Munro back and thank the brave men and women aboard the cutter “for keeping watch & keeping America safe.”

“The drugs that are brought across our border bring billions in health care expenses, crime & the loss of thousands of Americans lives,” the vice president wrote in his tweet. “The challenges & threats the @USCG face underscore why President @realDonaldTrump & our administration are determined to SECURE our border!”
