President Joe Biden slipped several times on Friday morning, March 19, as he tried to jog up, not climb up, the stairs of Air Force One, the latest of the incidents raising concerns over his health.

A video shared from TheHill shows that Biden stumbled three times while boarding the aircraft.

After tripping on two separate steps, the 78-year-old president took a third tumble, bringing him to his knees.

He ultimately recovered and carried on climbing before delivering a salute at the top of the stairs.

Biden was reportedly boarding Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews for a flight to Atlanta.

In a tweet after the incident, White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that Biden is ‘just fine.’

“I know folks have seen that President Biden slipped on his way up the stairs to AF1, but I’m happy to report that he is just fine and did not even require any attention from the medical team who travels with him. Nothing more than a misstep on the stairs,” she tweeted.

In November 2020, Biden slipped and fractured his foot while playing with his pet dog, Major.
