On Wednesday morning, July 17th, a semi-truck carrying pigs overturned on the I-65S ramp to I-71 and I-64 in Louisville, Kentucky, some pigs escaped from the semi, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. No injuries were reported, according to MetroSafe.

The ramp was closed until the crash was cleared. As of Wednesday afternoon, July 17th, the ramp reopened to traffic.

According to the Louisville Metro Police Department, one-hundred-and-ten pigs were either killed in the crash or put down.
