As internet corporations like Facebook experiment with “brain-reading” technology, Klaus Schwab predicts brain microchips are fast becoming a reality.
The Great Reset leader and World Economic Forum executive chairman, predicts Big Tech firms will increasingly pursue implanted microchips and other “transhumanist” technologies.
A recently uncovered 2016 video interview with Swiss broadcaster RTS shows Schwab openly admitting he is a fan of the technology. He even claims brain chips will be extensively used “certainly in the next 10 years” to combine the physical, digital, and biological world.
“At first we will implant them in our clothes,” he can be heard saying. “We could imagine that we will implant them in our brain, or in our skin. In the end, maybe there will be a direct communication between our brains and the digital world.”
He believes it will soon be possible to phone someone without needing a physical gadget. The user only needs to say, “I want to connect with anyone now.” The phone call will begin moments later.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is already working on his very own robot helper called Jarvis, who is promised to not only serve him but even be his “intellectual partner.”
“First you have the personalized robots,” Schwab said. “I saw that Mr. [Mark] Zuckerberg predicted that at the end of year he will have his robot, his personalized butler–that is at his disposal.”
Schwab believes delegating work to robots and letting people pursue “really human” interests like “love” will start a new technological revolution.
“[It even] has the possibility to make you even more human,” he said.
BL understands this concept of a world where humans do not fend for themselves can arguably be compared to Marxist social engineering.
Great ‘transhumanist’ reset
Facebook also plans to build a “brain mouse” that lets users type with their thoughts.
Brain-computer experiments have progressed steadily, with the company announcing a new wearable prototype with a “neural interface” earlier in 2021. Facebook-developed artificial intelligence is claimed to be capable of translating brain data to text with only a 3 percent error rate.
University of California San Francisco (UCSF) clinical professor Eric Chang is leading the research. The study involves planting electrodes onto the brain’s surface, and using a computer program to directly decode “full words” from brain activity. Recent test results are claimed to be promising.
“On the hardware side, we need to build systems with higher data resolution to record more information from the brain, and more quickly,” he said according to Life Site News.
Despite funding the UCSF study, Facebook claimed it had “no interest in developing products that require implanted electrodes.”
Tesla has gone a step further with its subsidiary Neuralink intending to use wireless microchips to connect brains to digital gadgets.
Company CEO Elon Musk claims Neuralink will lead to “artificial intelligence symbiosis.”
“[The] product will enable someone with paralysis to use a smartphone with their mind faster than someone using thumbs,” he said on Twitter.

Bill Gates pioneered the implanted microchip industry long before Neuralink, personally commissioning birth control chips from a company named Microchips Biotech back in 2012.
According to the Gates Foundation website, the Microsoft founder contributed more than $20 million to the initiative in recent years. Contraceptive microchips, designed to provide morning-after medication to users, were still in the preclinical stage at the time of publication.
Big Tech firm ambitions to use intrusive, experimental technologies to reengineer the human mind and body exemplify what Google Engineering Director Ray Kurzweil described as “transhumanism.”
Kurzweil claimed machines are “powering all of us” and “making us smarter” back in 2017. He predicted the human neocortex, a part of brain where thoughts are processed, will be connected to the “cloud” sometime in the next decade.
Amid the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Virus crisis, Silicon Valley has plenty of resources to realize Schwab’s dream. Facebook is the fifth digital firm to achieve a $1 trillion market capitalization, trailing behind only Apple and Microsoft.
During the Biden administration, transhumanist tech behemoths continue to have unparalleled access to federal government. The White House recently urged social media giants to flag “disinformation” about CCP Virus vaccines.
“We are flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said in a statement. “There are also proposed changes that we have made to social media platforms … [like] a robust enforcement strategy.”
