In a new statement released on Monday, March 8, former President Donald Trump doubled down on his fight against Republicans he’s called RINOS, encouraging supporters to donate money to his Save America PAC.

“No more money for RINOS. They do nothing but hurt the Republican Party and our great voting base—they will never lead us to Greatness,” Trump said in a statement late Monday. “Send your donation to Save America PAC at DonaldJTrump.com,” the statement continued. “We will bring it all back stronger than ever before!”

The statement came days after Trump’s lawyers demanded the Republican National Committee (RNC), the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) and the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) stop using his name and likeness for fundraising and merchandise sales.

In response to Trump’s lawyer, the RNC said that it “has every right to refer to public figures as it engages in core, First Amendment-protected political speech, and it will continue to do so in pursuit of these common goals.”

During his speech at CPAC last month, Trump declared that he would not start a new political party but make the GOP stronger.

“For the next four years, the brave Republicans in this room will be at the heart of the effort to oppose the radical Democrats, the fake news media and their toxic cancel culture,” Trump said. “And I want you to know that I am going to continue to fight right by your side. We will do what we have done right from the beginning which is to win.”

Along with his Save America PAC, Trump established in January an official post-presidency office that he said will “advance the interests of the United States and … carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism.”

The former president has been politically active since leaving office. He has been rolling out a slew of endorsements in support of Republican candidates who advocate conservative values.

“Where necessary and appropriate, I will back primary rivals who espouse Making America Great Again and our policy of America First. We want brilliant, strong, thoughtful, and compassionate leadership,” Trump said in a statement last month.

The former president himself suggested that he may run for president again in 2024.

“Who knows? I may even decide to beat them for a third time,” he said.
