Pasadena police are investigating the incident of an infant girl found dead inside a restroom stall at a park in Pasadena, California, on Thursday evening, Mar. 5, according to ABC7.
A maintenance worker called 911 after discovering the newborn lying on the floor on top of toilet paper.
Officers and firefighter-paramedics responded to Pasadena Memorial Park at around 10 p.m.
Los Angeles County coroner officials arrived and removed the body of the child, which “appears to have been full-term,” the police news release said.
It’s still unclear how the baby died.
Detectives were looking for witnesses and surveillance video from nearby businesses.
