The NYPD is asking for the public’s help finding a man who attacked a 13-year-old boy and a 58-year-old woman in the Bronx in separate attacks.
According to authorities on Oct. 18 at around 1:30 p.m. the man approached a 13-year-old boy from behind, covering the teenage victim’s eyes and then slamming the boy to the ground before running away. The victim was not seriously injured.
In the second incident, a 58-year-old woman was walking when a man came up from behind her and struck the woman with a metal pipe on Oct. 26 at around 3:00 p.m.
The victim sustained a broken right arm and had to be hospitalized.
Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect, who is believed as a male Hispanic in his 30s.
