Police said the man first approached the teen near the Bowling Green subway station the morning of Sept. 25. He followed her near Trinity Place and started a conversation.

He made several advances toward her and then gave the teen $20 before fleeing.

Police have asked for help identifying the man.

Police described him as a Hispanic man in his 40s and is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall.
