A 4-year-old girl left on her school bus was reunited with her mom Monday night, Aug. 5, police said.

The school bus driver dropped off children but apparently left without to making sure no one was left behind.

The girl was found around 9:30 a.m. near 27th Avenue and Shore Parkway by a city Department of Environmental Protection worker.

She was taken to Coney Island Hospital and determined to be in good physical and mental health.

Police located family about 7:45 p.m.

The driver is being questioned by police in connection with the case but has not been arrested or charged.

The girl was taken to the 60th Precinct where the reunion with her mother was to take place.
