Hima Kolanagireddy, a GOP and Independent poll challenger at the TCF Center, testified in front of the Michigan House Oversight Committee about voting irregularities on Wednesday, Dec. 2.
After working at the TCF Center as an Independent poll challenger, Kolanagireddy, an immigrant from India and an IT specialist, gave an affidavit outlining her experiences to the Election Integrity group. She alleged that she had witnessed impossible numbers of ballots counted overnight, date changes, and fake signatures and that she never saw a single Trump ballot.
During Wednesday’s hearing, Democrat State Rep. Cynthia Johnson accused the House Oversight Committee Chairman Matt Hall of allowing people to lie.
‘Do you have a point of order?” Hall asked Johnson.
She responded by demanding that Kolanagireddy and the witness sitting next to her be placed under oath. Johnson then proceeded to call them “liars.”
President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani noted that every witness had sworn an affidavit, meaning that they would be charged with perjury if they lied.
“May I say something please?” Kolanagireddy asked.
“If that is something you want me to do, I will do it. Can I just say one thing, though? If it is a lie, it may change because a liar has to have a lot of memory power. If it is truth, you can ask me in the middle of the night, and it will still be the same thing,” she said, drawing cheers from the audience.

Johnson also tried to identify and intimidate another witness instead of asking a relevant question about her testimony.
Trump legal team member Jenna Ellis tweeted, “This is totally unacceptable that a sitting Michigan State Representative would try to intimidate and publicly dox a witness on national television simply because she doesn’t like the witness’s testimony.”
