A bombshell election crimes lawsuit is being filed in Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit, The Great Lakes Justice Law Center (GLJC) has announced on Monday, Nov. 9.

The lawsuit alleges “massive fraud in the election vote-counting procedures,” and is asking for election results in the county to be voided and a new election be conducted.

The complaint states that the criminal acts “disenfranchised lawful voters and potentially changed the outcome of the election,” reports American Greatness.

The GLJC is a non-profit corporation that deals with Constitutional liberties and other civil rights complaints.

Two Detroit residents have made allegations that election officials in Wayne County had been complicit in the “illegal, unlawful, and fraudulent processing of votes.”

Six affidavits from election observers included in the lawsuit have alleged ballots that arrived past the deadline were backdated, votes were counted even if they weren’t on official electoral rolls, and ballots with no matching signatures were also counted.

Non-existent voters in Wayne County should be relatively easy to trace, as poll workers used the same birthdate of 1/1/1900, according to the complaint.

One local employee says voters in Detroit were also illegally “coached” to vote for Biden, with poll workers accompanying the voter into the voting booth.

Fox News correspondent Matt Finn tweeted:

Specific allegations listed by the complaint are:

Election workers were instructed to: not verify signatures of voters on absentee ballots, to backdate the absentee ballots, and to include the ballots even if they are invalid.

Incorrect or false birthdays were used by the election workers, with new voters having the birthdate of 1/1/1900

Ballots received after the voting deadline were processed, with workers claiming they had been received before the Nov. 3 deadline.

Voters were coached by workers to vote for Joe Biden and were being accompanied by them to watch how they voted.

Attorney Zachary Larsen, a former Michigan Assistant Attorney General, was one of the certified poll challengers at the Detroit TCF Center in Detroit.

His affidavit alleges poll workers assigned names and numbers to show a ballot counted for a non-eligible voter who wasn’t listed in the poll books. Larsen attempted to take a closer look, but the officials “immediately stopped working and glared at him.”

Larsen confronted the supervisor about the potential fraud he saw happening and then left the room to inform another attorney.

“It was at this point that election officials stopped permitting any further poll challengers to enter the counting room, including Mr. Larsen,” the complaint states. “Election officials never allowed Mr. Larsen to re-enter the counting room to fulfill his duties as a poll challenger after he had discovered the fraud which was taking place.”

Another attorney Jesse Jacobs employed by the City of Detroit,, worked at a polling center for about three weeks before the election.

Jacobs maintains she was given instructions to pre-date absentee ballots, ignore signatures, and never to ask voters to produce any I.D. when they were attempting to vote.

David A. Kallman, Senior Counsel with the GLJC, stated, “This type of widespread fraud in the counting and processing of voter ballots cannot be allowed to stand.

“Michigan citizens are entitled to know that their elections are conducted in a fair and legal manner and that every legal vote is properly counted. Such rampant fraud cannot be undone. We ask the Court to enjoin the certification of this fraudulent election, void the election, and order a new vote in Wayne County.”

David Fink, the lead counsel for the city defendants, stated in response to the lawsuit that the allegations are based on already debunked “conspiracy theories,” reports American Greatness.
