Sidney Powell, a leading defense attorney who works closely with Trump campaign attorneys, has hit Michigan with a lawsuit, suggesting to the federal court that due to the huge amount of voter fraud, certification of election results should be blocked, or Michigan’s entire election results should be void.
“It is necessary to order appropriate relief, including, but not limited to, enjoining the certification of the election results pending a full investigation and court hearing, ordering a recount of the election results, or voiding the election and ordering a new election, to remedy the fraud,” alleges Powell in the Michigan lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Nov. 25, and made available to the public on Thanksgiving Day.
Powell alleges there was widespread falsification, double-counting, and ballots being thrown out in Detroit and other places. “Election workers illegally forged, added, removed or otherwise altered information on ballots, the Qualified Voter File and Other Voting Records,” states the suit.
Naming Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and the state board of canvassers as defendants, the lawsuit alleges they had created an election system on Nov. 3 that allowed fraud to be committed and violated the Constitution clause of equal protection.
“Defendants’ egregious misconduct has included ignoring legislative mandates concerning mail-in ballots—including the mandate that mail-in ballots be postmarked on or before Election Day—and critically, preventing Plaintiff’s poll watchers from observing the receipt, review, opening, and tabulation of mail-in ballots,” the suit alleges, reported Just The News.
The lawsuit Powell filed in Atlanta, at the same time was similar to the Michigan suit, but in Michigan, there are many witnesses alleging Wayne County and Detroit city had tens of thousands of incidences of voter fraud that have been observed.
Powell maintains that in Detroit and Wayne County officials took actions “permitting illegal double voting by persons that had voted by absentee ballot and in person; counting ineligible ballots—and in many cases—multiple times; counting ballots without signatures, or without attempting to match signatures, and ballots without postmarks, pursuant to direct instructions from Defendants.”
Included in the Michigan lawsuit is an affidavit from a former military intelligence analyst (name redacted) under 305th Military Intelligence, who said his digital forensic analysis is “unambiguous evidence” that Dominion Voting Systems servers were available and compromised by China and Iran.
“This affidavit presents unambiguous evidence that Dominion Voter Systems and Edison Research have been accessible and were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, these organizations neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” states the lawsuit.
