The controversial laptop purportedly belonging to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, contained staggering top-secret material and revealed his sleazy life.
Hunter Biden reportedly dropped off his laptop at an IT store in Delaware in April 2019 and failed to retrieve it.
According to the Daily Mail, the laptop contains phone numbers for former President Bill Clinton, his wife Hillary, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), other members of former President Barack Obama’s Cabinet, and Joe Biden’s Secret Service agents.
It also has Hunter Biden’s personal documents like his passport, social security card, credit cards, banks statements, and driver’s license.
The documents stored on the laptop also include a contact database of 1,500 people including celebrities, politicians, and law enforcement officials.
It revealed Hunter’s drug and sex addictions, including $21,000 payment for a porn website, $11,400 in a strip club in a single night, and graphic photographs showing him smoking crack cocaine and engaging in sex acts.
The material was not encrypted and Hunter protected his laptop with a simple password: Hunter02, which is easily accessible to a hacker, the Daily Mail reported.
Among those documents is an email published by the New York Post that appeared to detail a business arrangement involving a Chinese company and members of the Biden family. The email included a note that referred to a payment of 10% to “the Big Guy,” which Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski confirmed is Joe Biden.
A forensic cyberexpert has authenticated the material downloaded from the laptop.
“I have been doing this for 20 years and there is nothing to suggest the laptop or its contents have been interfered with or altered in any way,” the expert told Daily Mail. “There is no sign of data being added. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the real deal.”
Joe Biden, who said this week that his son Hunter is “the smartest guy I know,” dismissed the emails story as a “smear” and falsely claimed that it was part of a Russia disinformation campaign.
“There’s nothing to any of that … it’s all a smear,” Biden told ABC affiliate KCRG-TV in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, during a news conference on Friday, Oct. 31. “Every major outfit, every serious investigator has pointed out that this is a smear. This is classic [President Donald] Trump.”
“There’s overwhelming evidence from the intelligence community that the Russians are engaged,” Biden said. “My son’s an honorable man.”
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has said that there is no evidence whatsoever that the Kremlin is behind the Hunter Biden laptop story.
