As the Chinese Communist regime continues to butcher innocent practitioners of truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance, the Independent People’s Tribunal on China gathered in London on June 17 to confirm long-standing allegations of organ harvesting by China and to deliver their final judgement. Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, chair of the China Tribunal, introduced their summary findings by first establishing that no representative from the People’s Republic of China was in attendance.

As the gruesome murder of thousands of innocent people is revealed to the world, Sir Geoffrey reads the official description of the Communist Party’s organ harvesting crimes against humanity for which they have been publicly accused for over 10 years.

Sir Geoffrey said, “For over a decade, the People’s Republic of China has stood publicly accused of acts of cruelty and wickedness that matched the cruelty and wickedness of medieval torturers and executioners. Thousands of innocents have been killed to order having the physical integrity of their beings, their bodies cut open while still alive for their kidneys, livers, hearts, lungs, cornea, and skin to be removed and turned into commodities for sale.

One group of victims were the Falun Gong who according to The Epoch Times are practitioners of a spiritual discipline consisting of meditative exercises and moral teachings subjected to Chinese prison, labor camps, and brainwashing centers where many have been tortured in an effort to force them to renounce their faith or to be murdered for their organs as Sir Geoffrey elaborates.

Sir Geoffrey said, “Doctors killed those innocent people simply because they pursued truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance, in the case of Falun practitioners and lived lives of healthy exercise and meditation that was seen as dangerous to the interests and objectives of the totalitarian of the People’s Republic of China. Which I will hear after refer to as the PRC.”

Sir Geoffrey led the prosecution at the International Criminal Tribunal of former Yugoslavian President Slobodan Milosevic and was joined here by six international experts in the areas of law, transplant surgery, international politics, business and Chinese history. As the Chinese Communists claim these allegations of crimes against humanity are simply political lies, the tribunal points out that the rest of the world has apparently renounced its responsibility to stop this organ harvesting and protect humanity.

Sir Geoffrey said, “And yet, the PRC has done little to challenge the accusations except to say that they were politically motivated lies and governments around the world and international organizations around the world all required to protect the rights of mankind have expressed doubt as to the accusation thereby justifying they’re doing nothing to save those who were in due course, it is said, to be killed to order. The gassing of the Jews by the Nazis, the massacre of the Khmer Rouge, or the butchery to death of the Rwanda Tutsi may not be worse than cutting out the hearts other organs and the very souls of living blameless harmless peaceable people.”

The tribunal concluded that forced organ harvesting happened in China to many people in many places over many years, that the Falun Gong were major victims, and that anyone dealing with the People’s Republic of China is dealing with a criminal state.

Sir Geoffrey said, “Conclusions of certainty that the tribunal reached that forced organ harvesting had happened in multiple places in the PRC and on multiple occasions and for a period of at least twenty years and is continuing. The tribunal is certain that it was indeed the Falun Gong that were used as a source, possible the principle source, of organs for forced organ harvesting. It should be made clear, that it gives the tribunal no pleasure to reach this conclusion that very many people have died indescribably hideous deaths for no reason. That more may suffer in similar ways and that all of us live on a planet where extreme wickedness may be found in the power of those, for the time being, running a country with one of the oldest civilization known to modern man, which ideally we should be able to respect and from which we should be able to learn.” Sir Geoffrey said, “Any who interact in any substantial way with the PRC … should now recognize that they are, to the extent revealed in this judgement, interacting with a criminal state.”
