Former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Monday that the presidential campaign of Democratic candidate Joe Biden should carry out a massive legal operation to not give in “under any circumstances” to the possibility that the elections will be prolonged.

During a conversation with the former communications director of her 2016 campaign, Jennifer Palmieri, Clinton talked about the upcoming election and how she plans to advise Biden, especially if the race ends in court, according to the Daily Caller.

“I think that [Republicans] have a couple of scenarios that they are looking toward. One is messing up absentee balloting. They believe that helps them so that they then get maybe a narrow advantage in the Electoral College on Election Day,” Clinton said.

“So we’ve got to have a massive legal operation, and I know the Biden campaign is working on that,” she added.

Clinton emphasized that Biden should not give in under any circumstances. She believes the election will be prolonged, saying that eventually, Biden could win if the Democrats do not give “an inch” and if “we are as focused and relentless as the other side is.”

“We have to have poll workers and I urge people who are able to be a poll worker. We have to have our own teams of people to counter the force of intimidation that the Republicans and Trump are going to put outside polling places, this is a big organizational challenge.”

Last Thursday, she also criticized President Trump for spreading lies about the postal vote. “Trump himself votes by mail but is spreading lies and making threats to prevent his fellow Americans from pursuing the same option during an epidemic,” Clinton said, according to The Hill.

President Trump was referring to an absentee voting option that can be used in particular circumstances, such as if the person is sick or out of town on election day.

“Absentee ballots like in Florida, those are great things. you send for it. you ask for it. They send it to you, you send it back with your vote. Those are great,” Trump said, as reported by Fox News.

President Trump remains firm in his opinion regarding the electronic vote, which he calls a “great fraud” promoted by the Democrats.

“So now the Democrats are using Mail Drop Boxes, which are a voter security disaster. Among other things, they make it possible for a person to vote multiple times. Also, who controls them, are they placed in Republican or Democrat areas? They are not Covid [CCP Virus] sanitized. A big fraud!,” President Trump wrote on Twitter.

Last Thursday, House Democrats passed a bill to fund $25 billion for the U.S. Postal Service to update the system to implement the massive influx of mail ballots before the next election in November.

Both President Trump and Republican congressmen have warned about universal mail voting, arguing that there have been significant problems with different mail ballots this year alone due to voter errors, counting problems, missing ballots, or outright fraud.
