Atlanta Police arrested a woman for attacking and biting an Uber driver and ripping the windshield wiper off his car as he dropped off a passenger in Midtown last Sunday.

Yasser Hadi told Atlanta police he was dropping off a passenger on the corner of 14th Street and Howell Mill Road when a barefoot woman in a bikini top, later identified as Tasheena Campbell, came out of nowhere, threatened to kill him, and then violently bit him. Bystanders captured the Aug. 18 incident on cellphone video.

“She’s acting weird, she’s acting wild, and she’s on the car hitting it, telling me I need to die, to kill me,” said driver Yasser Hadi.

The woman’s attack left a substantial wound on his rib cage.

“The pain is horrible pain,” he said. “A dog does not bite like this. She’s still biting while I’m pulling for about 30 seconds.”

APD later arrested 26-year-old Tasheena Campbell for battery and criminal trespass.

She had two prior warrants related to probation violations for a traffic offense and simple assault.

The police report also says that when Campbell urinated on the floor and was banging her head against the wall when was brought back to the station. She was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment of “underlying medical issues” because of further incidents at the station, police said.

Campbell was booked on Aug. 20 into the Fulton County Jail, where she remains Thursday in lieu of $5,000 bond.
