According to recent reports, one of the election authorities in Fulton, Georgia, has testified that during the 2020 presidential election recount, she observed batches of ballots for Democrat Joe Biden that were in “impeccable” condition and appeared to have been photocopied. Her statement should lead a federal judge to order a new audit.
The chief election official, Suzi Voyles, said she noticed very unusual similarities with large numbers of ballots during the election night recount, which caused her to look more closely. She said they all appeared to be identical photocopies of votes in favor of Democratic candidate Joe Biden, the Western Journal reported.
Voyles testified that each ballot contained evenly filled ovals, and each had an identical crescent-shaped “void” inside them, indicating that the ballots were not filled in with pencil or pen but with toner ink, she said.
“Every single ballot was absolutely identical and they appeared to be printed with some sort of marking device,” Voyles said in a video. “And the fact that there was a little eclipse in an oval that was void in exactly the same spot in all these ballots, we didn’t see any differentiation—even when it came to the Senate candidates or when it came to some of the referendums on the back.”
Adding to suspicion, she noticed that all the ballots were printed on different paper than the others she handled as part of a statewide hand recount of the Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election. And none were folded or crumpled, as was usually observed on mail-in ballots that had been removed from envelopes.
In short, Biden’s votes appeared to have been duplicated by a photocopier, the complaint states.
She was not alone. At least three other poll workers observed the same thing on stacks of absentee ballots for Biden processed by Fulton County and have joined Voyles in swearing under penalty of perjury that they appeared to be forgeries.
The affidavits of these individuals helped convince the state judge to open the 147,000 mail-in ballots counted in Fulton and allow a more accurate, manual inspection of suspicious votes that may have favored incumbent President Biden.
Garland Favorito, the lead plaintiff in the case who is himself a certified election prosecutor and runs VoterGa.org, one of the leading advocates for election integrity in the state of Georgia, in his statement said:
“We have what is almost surely major absentee-ballot fraud in Fulton County involving 10,000 to 20,000 probably false ballots.”
The suspect ballots allegedly remain in the custody of election officials and are inaccessible to public view.
“We have confirmed that there are five pallets of plastic-wrapped ballots in a county warehouse,” Favorito said in an interview with Real Clear Investigations on Tuesday, June 8.
Superior Court Judge Brian Amero, who ordered the re-inspection, asked officials to monitor the warehouse around the clock until an inspection date could be set. But just eight days later, a security breach was reported after sheriff’s deputies left their post for a couple of hours.
“The front door was [found] unlocked and wide open in violation of the court order,” Favorito said.
Favorito expressed that he is not at ease with the situation, and his attorney is trying to obtain video footage from the building’s security cameras. “How do we know for sure that there was no tampering with the ballots?”
