Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, after acknowledging that the likelihood of contracting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Virus outdoors is “miniscule” insists that children wear a facemask when going outdoors.
“Because we can say, and it has been said, and it’s true, that children, when you talk about it statistically, are much less likely to get infected,” Fauci said on MSNBC’s April 27, “All In Show.”
Fauci believes that should be the case at least until children are vaccinated. But not enough studies have been done to ensure children are not at risk from inoculation of their bodies with the drug, which is still in the research stages and is not yet fully approved by the FDA.
In addition, the use of masks on children could be counterproductive for them.
Thus, Stanford’s Dr. Jay Bhattacharya recommended avoiding them in children up to at least 11 years of age, considering the low risk of infection and the very real danger of developmental delay.
Along with Bhattacharya, other medical specialists such as Sunetra Gupta of Oxford, Martin Kulldorff of Harvard, and Scott Atlas of Stanford advised against masking children for health reasons. They have all been censored on YouTube.
On the other hand, a study presented in December by Rational Group.com, a COVID-19 (CCP Virus) data clearinghouse led by a group of database analysts, demonstrated the ineffectiveness of masking.
Their research covered 229 days, from May 1 through Dec. 15. It compared which days state governments imposed mask mandates to days when they did not.
The site’s co-founder, Justin Hart, found that states that enforced masks had a total of 9,605,256 confirmed cases of CCP Virus infection, equivalent to an average of 27 cases per 100,000 people per day.
On the other hand, those mandated states that never implemented mask orders or those that never mandated, including periods when mandated states did not have them in place, had 5,781,716 cases of infection.
Ian Miller, a researcher with Rational Ground.com, found that three Florida counties Manatee, Martin, and Nassau, in which they discontinued the mandate, had fewer cases per capita than those that maintained it.
“The mask religion will have a number of inaccurate excuses ready to go, but of course, they’re obscuring and ignoring that this should not be possible, no matter what the mitigating circumstances, if masks were as effective or important as we were told,” Miller wrote.
Fauci’s missteps at the forefront of recommendations for preventing the spread of the CCP Virus have been frequent, seriously affecting the credibility of his statements.
One came when Texas Governor Greg Abbott removed the mandate to wear facemasks and other CCP Virus-related restrictions, which Dr. Fauci called “risky” and “potentially dangerous.”
But there was no significant increase in sick people in the state. In early April, Fauci still expected adverse consequences, but three weeks later, there is no increase in Texas cases.
