The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) issued a statewide endangered child alert for a 1-year-old boy, Carl James Carmichael, from Hawkins County at 12:19 a.m. Aug. 3.
The TBI reports the child has a serious medical concern.

Carl is described as 2 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs around 27 pounds. He is a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes.
One-year-old Carl was last seen in Hamblen County on July 30 with his noncustodial mother, Ella Amish.
Amish is reportedly wanted for custodial interference.
According to TBI, the two may be traveling in a green Dodge Journey with Tennessee license plate 3R7-5L4.
Amish is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. She is a 30-year-old white female with brown hair and brown eyes.
The Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee has also issued an endangered child alert for a missing 1-year-old boy at 2:31 p.m. the same day.
