We the People Convention, asked President Donald Trump to declare limited Martial Law “to hold new elections and protect our vote” in the face of widespread election fraud.

Under this particular legal order, the U.S. military would oversee “a new free and fair federal election if Legislators, Courts, and Congress do not follow the Constitution,” the convention posted on its website on Dec. 1.

The petition was emphatic in rejecting intervention by civilian authorities, politicians, and the media deemed corrupt, as well as violent threats from the left.

It further states: “It is OUR EXCLUSIVE RIGHT to elect our President and that sacred right has been violated by the massive, planned and illegal electoral fraud carried out by corrupt Democratic/Socialist Party operatives across our nation to steal our vote. We will NOT support it.

The new election day’s proposed requirements are simple and aimed at avoiding the embarrassing fraud that the nation is expecting.

“Federal candidates only. Paper ballots. No computers. Hand counted with both parties watching each vote. Registered voters only” are suggested.

It also states: “Photo ID to prove residency. Driven safely with everyone wearing masks and within six feet of each other, as we did in Ohio.”

Tom Zawistowski, the president of We the People Convention-affiliated TEA Party and executive director of the Portage County TEA Party, signed the petition.

Zawistowski assimilates the situation the United States is going through today to the one President Abraham Lincoln faced in 1863 when he declared Martial Law shortly after the start of the Civil War.

“Ours is a case of rebellion… indeed, a clear, flagrant and gigantic case of rebellion; and the provision of the Constitution that ‘the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless cases of rebellion or invasion, or the public Safety may require it,'” Lincoln wrote referring to Article I of the Constitution, according to We The People.

Lincoln suspended the writ of habeas corpus between Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia to give military authorities the necessary power to silence dissenters and rebels. Under this order, commanders could arrest and detain individuals who were deemed threatening to military operations.

“Today, the current threat to our United States from the international and domestic socialist/communist left is far more serious than anything Lincoln or our nation has ever faced—including civil war,” Zawistowski warned.

He also described: “We are literally under attack from within!

“The results are massive increases in violent crime and death in our cities and the destruction of small businesses orchestrated by these politicians and leftist groups, many funded by domestic and international communists,” he added.

He also reminded the president and officials of the oath they had taken to defend the Constitution.

“I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” Zawistowski quoted.

Indeed, the situation the United States is going through is delicate. However, the president and his millions of followers remain calm and confident that everything will be cleared up on time and in favor of re-election.

Although nearly a month has passed since the elections, Trump’s electoral transparency results are not conclusive, despite the infinite evidence gathered, mostly provided by citizens themselves.

There are many loose ends, and every day brings new complications when there are only 13 days left for the Electoral College to make the final decision on who will be the President of the United States for the next four years.
