Former President of the United States Donald Trump made an official statement on Monday, Jan. 25 and it is an indication of which way he intends to take his political career.

The former president released the details on Monday that he will continue to push for his America First agenda through the Office of the Former President. Former White House advisers of the president will run it, and it will be headquartered near his Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida, reported the National File.

Trump has pledged to “carry on the Trump administration agenda through advocacy, organizing, and public activism.”

“Today, the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, formally opened the Office of the Former President,” the statement began.

It continued, “The Office will be responsible for managing President Trump’s correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities to advance the interests of the United States and to carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism.”

The statement concluded with: “President Trump will always and forever be a champion for the American People.”

On Saturday, Dr. Kelli Ward won re-election as Chair of the Arizona GOP for another two years, after being endorsed by President Trump.

Former Trump adviser Jason Miller previously suggested that President Trump would use his time out of office to advocate for election integrity across the United States, using his influence to help candidates prepared to support his agenda.

After the success of his first endorsement, President Trump has endorsed his former press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders as the next Republican candidate for governor of Arkansas.

On new letterhead, emblazoned with “SAVE AMERICA,” President Trump wrote, “Sarah Huckabee Sanders is a warrior who will always fight for the people of Arkansas and do what is right, not what is politically correct.”

“Sarah is strong on Borders, tough on Crime, and fully supports the Second Amendment and our great law enforcement officers.

“She loves our Military and Veterans—and her home state of Arkansas. Sarah will be a GREAT Governor, and she has my Complete and Total Endorsement!”

Uploading the endorsement, Sanders added, “Thank you, President Trump, for your endorsement and for always believing in me. As governor, I will defend our freedom and lead with heart.”

President Trump’s announcement of his new Office of the Former President came on the same day the House delivered an article to impeach the former president to the Senate, charging Trump with inciting insurrection in a speech to his supporters before the deadly attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6.
