Controversial billionaire Bill Gates set a record as the largest private landowner of agricultural land in the United States, with 242,000 acres, spread across 18 states, presumably to be dedicated to his controversial projects.

His territories are registered in the name of Gates and Cascade Investments, the company by which he manages his investments, according to The Land Record magazine on Jan. 11.

Gates project includes 2442,000 acres of land

Nearly 60% of its properties are located in the states of Louisiana, Arkansas, and Nebraska.

The  24,800 acres located near the city of Phoenix, Arizona, include plans for a suburb of 80,000 homes, which has 3,800 acres of industrial, office, and commercial space, and 470 acres for public schools, according to Daily Caller.

The Gateses have been involved in farming and ranching for years. In 2018, they invested $40 million for research in the genetic vaccination of livestock and in genetic modification of plants to obtain super crops.

Gates and his many projects generate a lot of controversy, based mainly on his aspirations to control the population of the planet and possible projects to reduce it.

Gates promotes CCP Virus vaccine production

His investments in the production of vaccines against the CCP Virus make many suspicious, since he is not known to be professionally prepared to intervene in the delicate decisions on the subject.

The independent media UK Column reflected in one of its tweets the mistrust that Gates’s projects usually generate.

“Bill Gates turns farmland into suburbs to save the planet invests in GM) and works to save us from flu with no medical qualifications at all. What did he discuss in his meetings with @BorisJohnson which were kept secret from the UK public,” wrote @ukcolumn on its Twitter account.

Gates partnered with the Serum Institute of India, the largest vaccine maker in the world, to produce 100 million doses of a COVID-19 [CCP Virus] vaccine,  and he is the main donor to the much-criticized World Health Organization.

In addition, he was one of the people who put the most pressure on social networks to eliminate any content related to the misnamed “conspiracy theories,” which question official reports about the CCP Virus.

The conservative American activist, Candace Owens, is a harsh critic of Gates and does not hesitate to mention him, along with the controversial Dr. Fauci, calling them “evil,” and linking them to the pharmaceutical industry and its “corrupt interests.”

An initiative that asks for the investigation of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for medical negligence and crimes against humanity, reached nearly 700,000 signatures, clearly showing the animosity caused by their controversial projects.
