When a reporter questioned the Biden administration about “safeguards” for “preferential treatment” in hiring children and relatives for staff jobs, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki gave a factually dubious response.

Jen Psaki said: “Well, let me say first that we have the highest ethical standard of any administration in history,” then “A number of ethics officials have conveyed that and we are proud of that. We have also staffed up at an unprecedented pace and this is the most diverse administration in American history. So, we certainly expect that everyone will abide by those high ethics standards. That applies in how we operate, it also applies how hiring is done.”

One might argue that providing a dysfunctional president with a round-the-clock staff of “handlers” to keep him from “getting in trouble” is precisely ethical. Yet, during his planned “press conference,” President Biden addresses a pre-selected roster of reporters, complete with notecards outlining how he should respond to the questions.

There’s also the issue of how Biden got elected in the first place, which was undeniably aided by radical groups, private corporations, and labor unions allegedly ‘fortifying’ the election with arguably unconstitutional procedures like working to flood polls with mass absentee ballots in the absence of state legislature approval. This election was dubbed “the most secure in American history,” as people may recall.

Regardless, the Biden administration’s reaction mirrors the Obama administration’s equally ludicrous assertion that it was “scandal-free,” despite the IRS targeting scandal, the AP and other reporters’ phones being wiretapped, Fast and Furious, the Benghazi cover-up, and, of course, Spygate.

The Biden White House’s fact-free boast that it is already the most “ethical administration in history” six months in shows how immoral it is on the top. Only an immoral government would blatantly lie about its historical role in American history without any justification.
