Retired Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney confirmed that U.S. Special Operations Forces captured Dominion Voting System servers in Frankfurt, Germany, after being used in massive election fraud.
McInerney explained that the Kraken referred to by lawyer Sidney Powell was the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, which helped unravel the delicate mission, according to an interview with WVW-TV, published on Nov. 28.
“Sidney and the president through, I believe, General Flynn, have got the ‘Kraken’ organization, the 305 Military Intelligence Battalion, working with them,” McInerney said.
Likewise, he noted the silence of fundamental federal agencies of national security, even accusing them of being in favor of the internal enemy.
“Because in all of this, we have not seen any footprints of the DOJ, of the FBI, nor the CIA on the friendly side. It’s been on the ‘Deep State’ side,” McInerney said.

The servers were seized at the CIA headquarters, and some soldiers were reportedly killed in the course of the operation, which worries McInerney.
“My initial report is that U.S. soldiers were killed in that operation. Now, that was a CIA operation, so that’s a very worrisome thing,” he added.
For McInerney, this serious case involves officials from different political power branches, who would be forging a coup.
“This is treason. Benedict Arnold gave away West Point, or tried to, in the Revolutionary War. We haven’t seen treason to this magnitude ever in our history,” McInerney said in the same interview.
He also said he was convinced that large-scale fraud would be evident in the review of the servers seized in Germany, despite interference from the Democrats.
“Well, if they do, then the American people must demand that the President stay in office until this is cleared up because it’s treason. It is a coup d’état against the government of the United States, and we cannot accept that,” reiterated McInerney.
Powell declared in her lawsuit presented in Georgia that foreign interference originating in Iran and China had been identified.
“The Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran,” Powell said, quoted by National File.
