In the face of overwhelming election fraud in the United States, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) said he plans to impeach the Electoral College votes when Congress meets on Jan. 6, 2021 to certify the 2020 presidential election.

“I’m doing this because, in my opinion, it’s the worst election theft in the history of the United States,” Brooks said, according to The Hill on Dec. 2.

“And if there was a way to determine the Electoral College outcome using only lawful votes cast by eligible American citizens, then Donald Trump won the Electoral College,” Brooks reiterated.

“Thanks to Representative Mo Brooks!” responded President Donald Trump in one of his tweets.

“My pleasure, Mr. President. Joe Biden must not be allowed to ‘win’ election by ‘buying’ illegal alien block votes via amnesty & citizenship promise to 11+ million illegal aliens,” Brooks responded.

Brooks stated there are “much broader, much bigger systemic flaws with America’s election system.” “Number one is the 1993 national voter rights act.”

“The chief evil in that legislation is that it makes it illegal for voter registrars to require proof of citizenship before allowing someone to register to vote. So that in and of itself opens the floodgates for illegal aliens and other noncitizens to register to vote,” he added according to the Hill.

“IMHO, if only lawful votes by eligible Americans counted, you won electoral college & re-election,” he added in a tweet.

According to the Congressional Research Service, it takes only one member of the House and at least one Senate member to challenge in writing a state’s Electoral College testimony.

If the brief is filed, the House and Senate debate the case and then vote on the statements.

On the other hand, although crowds of Trump supporters are gathering in demonstrations against the election rigging, it does not appear to be the same with members of the Republican Party who should be massively supporting election transparency.

Junson Chan, @realjunsonchan, tweeted questioning this lack of support and predicted the fate of the Republicans if they do not show their support in a timely manner.

“Where are the rest of the Republicans? The Republican Party DEBTS ALL of its careers to Trump,” said @realjunsonchan.

He added, “Why are Mo Brooks and Paul Gosar the only Republicans who are with Trump?

Ending with: “If Trump loses on Jan. 20th, the GOP is done. No rewards for faithless traitors,” he predicted.

Several law groups have sued thousands of irregularities that taint the U.S. election process, tipping the results toward Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Thousands of pieces of evidence bring to light a host of tricks and subterfuges used to give Biden a slight advantage, so far, over Trump, but legal challenges are expected to reveal the truth and declare him re-elected for four more years.
