Project Veritas has been secretly recording CNN conference phone calls over the past two months. By exposing them, people are now gaining insight into how corporate media control and contort the facts.

Take the explosive Hunter Biden story that the NY Post broke just before the November election.

Recorded calls show how the CEO of CNN Jeff Zucker and Political Director David Chalian controlled any reporting of the story, as it was bound to put Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden in an unsavory light, casting doubt on his suitability as the president.

It had been revealed by the NY Post that Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer had in his possession a copy of Hunter’s hard drive from the laptop left in a repair shop, and he had shared it with the media.

On October 16, two days after NY Post broke the story, the CNN recorded calls revealed Zucker devised a plan to implicate Giuliani in the Biden scandal.

“From ‘America’s mayor,'” Zucker smartmouthed, referring to Giuliani’s nickname from the aftermath of 9/11, “to ‘useful idiot.'”

“There is a term for what Rudy Giuliani is suspected of being, which is ‘useful idiot,'” Zucker is heard saying on the conference call. “On the Rudy Giuliani story, this is a really important story. It gets tied to the Hunter Biden disinformation campaign. That’s the way we do this because it’s all tied and part-and-parcel of one.”

Project Veritas recorded a call on Nov. 23 from CNN, where Zucker spoke with a person named “Carl” who O’Keefe suggests is CNN political analyst Carl Bernstein. Zucker alluded to Giuliani when belittling President Trump’s “crazy legal team” for attempting to challenge the 2020 election results.

“The real craziness is the client, not the lawyers,” Carl told Zucker.

“And I wonder if maybe we ought to be pointing that out rather specifically. This gets back to Mary Trump even.”

Zucker was referring to the president’s niece, who was a frequent CNN guest. She had made money from a tell-all book earlier this year, denouncing her uncle as she sold off the family name.

“This is his pathology. We’re back to a sociopath. I’m not saying we should use that word ‘sociopath’ as we say, but what others who have dealt with him—Mattis, all of them—coming away saying, ‘This man is crazy.’ That’s the real story, in some way,'” Carl debated.

“Right,” Zucker agreed. “Well, I think you raise a good point about not just pawning it off on the crazy legal team, but the client is the one who is directing the crazy legal team.” “Damn, right,” Carl agreed.

The founder of Project Veritas, James O’Keefe, appeared on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Thursday night and told host Sean:
“People don’t know they’re being lied to, but these tapes show that the top-down approach to media. They show Zucker telling people what to cover, what not to cover—calling [Giuliani] a ‘useful idiot’ there, telling them for political reasons don’t cover certain stories,” O’Keefe said.

“Sean, these are the times that try men’s souls, and I think if you go one direction, you lose your conscience, another direction, you lose your livelihood. But there are brave people like the person we worked with regarding CNN who are willing to be citizen journalists, willing to expose these sorts of things.”

He continued, “We need an army of these people reporting on our media because CNN and places like CNN may have more power than all three branches of government if they’re working with Google and Facebook to propagandize the masses.”

With more than 50 recorded messages from CNN, O’Keefe exposes to Americans and the rest of the world just how much power Jeff Zucker holds over his journalists, “the submission by supposed journalists” to “Zucker’s will,” as he calls it.

“Investigative reporting is about unearthing facts from the bottom. That’s not what you’re seeing here,” O’Keefe explained to Sean. “You’re seeing how the sausage is made. You’re seeing how the media actually works.”
