Candace Owens, political activist and conservative radio host, during an interview on Fox News harshly criticized the Grammy Awards “show” for its almost pornographic content and its attempt to normalize perverse acts in the name of feminism.
During the interview, Fox News showed footage of the Grammy “show,” where singer Cardi B. is seen simulating sex with another woman, and “dancing” in suggestive poses on a dark, somber-toned stage set.
Owens who was interviewed by Tucker Carlson said, “Virtually what we were looking at last night was a lesbian sex scene being simulated on television and this is considered feminist.”
She added wryly, “It’s iconic, it’s forward, it’s progressive, it’s the way the world is going, Tucker, and if you don’t see that it’s because you’re a bigot. You don’t understand this is the way the world needs to go.”
The Grammy, Oscars, and Golden Globes ceremonies are part of the “glamor” of the movie and music world, Hollywood, where celebrities promote their leftist ideology such as open borders, health care for all, free education, “feminism”, the idea that America is inherently racist, and are a bad influence on the younger generations who imitate everything they see on TV.
In their movies, for which they themselves are awarded, Hollywood and the music industry try to normalize homosexuality, gender identity, sexual promiscuity, and it seems that if you don’t show nudity or make sexual references, the music doesn’t sell.
“This seems like an attack on American values, American traditions and you are actually actively trying to make children aspire to things that are grotesque. This is not about diversity anymore, Tucker, it’s about perversity. We are celebrating perversity in America,” Owens reflected.
She added, “You see that fundamentally we are seeing the destruction of American values and American principles, and it’s terrifying,” she said. “I think parents should be terrified that this is the direction that our society is heading towards.”
Not all is as it seems
According to a Breitbart report, the Grammys garnered 7.9 million viewers this year. Viewership fell 60 percent among 18- to 49-year-olds compared to last year’s edition. Total viewership was down 52% from last year.
The Trump Effect
Donald Trump won the 2016 election against all odds, precisely because the influential media favored Democrats and promoted left-wing ideas.
But Trump’s victory marked the beginning of a conservative, patriotic movement of Americans who said enough to the destruction of traditional culture.
Trump is no longer in the White House, but his ideals have awakened a great movement that has now become the “counterculture” to this vulgarity that the media tries to normalize.
