Caitlyn Jenner, who until 2015 was known as Bruce Jenner, a medal-winning, record-breaking Olympic decathlete, officially launched her candidacy for governor of California for the Republican Party.

During the recall of the current Democratic governor, Gavin Newsom, for poor performance, Jenner’s candidacy within the Republican party, which tends to be conservative, is indeed a surprise, to put it in light terms.

The campaign to recall Governor Newsom stating that “Governor Gavin Newsom failed at his job and destroyed the lives and businesses of too many hardworking Californians,” met and surpassed with 2 million signatures the goal for the judiciary to call for new elections. However, there is no election date yet.

According to Breitbart, Jenner released a statement confirming her candidacy and expressing arguments against Newsom.

“Small businesses have been devastated because of the over-restrictive lockdown. An entire generation of children have lost a year of education and have been prevented from going back to school, participating in activities, or socializing with their friends. Taxes are too high, killing jobs, hurting families, and putting an especially heavy burden on our most vulnerable people,” Jenner wrote.

Her statements are very close to the campaign’s approach to ousting Newsom and promoting a Republican government model: low taxes and a libertarian-type government that doesn’t meddle so much in people’s personal affairs.

“Californians want better and deserve better from their governor. For too long, career politicians have over-promised and under-delivered. We need a leader with a vision and the resolve to see it through. This will be a campaign of solutions, providing a roadmap back to prosperity to turn this state around and finally clean up the damage Newsom has done to this state,” stated the transgender celebrity.

Jenner slammed Newsom: “This isn’t the California we know. This is Gavin Newsom’s California, where he orders us to stay home but goes out to dinner with his lobbyist friends.”

Jenner’s background

Bruce Jenner was married three times.

In his last marriage to Kris Jenner, he had two daughters, Kylie and Kendall. Kris had four children from her previous marriage to Robert Kardashian, whom Bruce adopted as daughters.

These are the very famous Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, plus the only male Rob.

In 2018 one of her friends, Scott, “inspired” by Jenner, also had a “sex change” and became Sophia.

In 2017 Jenner and Sophia admitted they were in a relationship—two men turned women. What do you call it? This year, Sophia said the relationship was never “sexual” and more about something parental.

Other media reported that the couple were engaged and wanted to rent a uterus to become parents/mothers.

Sophia, like Caitlyn, is called by celebrity media an “LGBT rights activist,” and since her transition, has participated in various reality shows trying to inspire others to “seek their true identity.”
