In a video circulating on YouTube on Aug. 1, protesters with Black Lives Matter posters can be seen burning Bibles in front of the federal courthouse in Portland, The Federalist reported.

Many Twitter users expressed their anger at the images by comparing them to what Goebbels did under the Nazi regime.

It has been over 60 days since riots in the name of ending racism, and police brutality began in Portland and many cities across the United States. Burning down buildings, destroying businesses, attacking police with Molotov cocktails, fireworks, and rocks, these groups, whether Antifa or Black Lives Matter, are far from seeking justice for the African American community.

According to an article in the Courier-Journal, a restaurant owner in the town of St. Louis faced extortion by members of Black Lives Matter.

In a letter, they demanded that 23 percent of his employees be African American, and 23 percent of the merchandise must be purchased from African American retailers. Otherwise, his business will be destroyed.

Fernando Martinez, the restaurant owner, used his Facebook account to denounce this “mafia tactic,” and the protesters showed up at his place on Thursday to confront him.

Ironically, Mr. Martinez is a black Cuban.

Perhaps the origins of these movements will help us understand a little better.

According to a New York Post article, Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors admits in a 2015 video that she and her colleagues are “trained Marxists.” Communism is widely recognized worldwide as an ideology that uses such tactics and destroys traditional culture.

As long as the American society holds to its Judeo-Christian values, these Marxist movements will not proliferate.
