After partying at Las Vegas nightclubs, numerous wealthy people uploaded their pricey receipts online. This action has led to mixed opinions from online commentators.

“My buddies tab after a day party at Encore Beach Club over MDW,” a user named @Investor _NICK_  captioned a photo of his bill at a club on June 1. The post drew a lot of attention and immediately became well-known.

Bill total $8,612: including $312 for water, $75 for chicken toe, $156 for Redbull, and more. It is worth mentioning here that the retail value of these drinks is not that high. For example, a bottle of Tito’s vodka has a retail value of only about $30, but at the above location sells for $825.

“Let me tell you about the very rich. They are different from you and me. They possess and enjoy early, and it does something to them, makes them soft where we are hard, and cynical where we are trustful, in a way that, unless you were born rich, it is very difficult to understand.” Bill Palmer, a social media user handle, said, reports TheNewYorkPost.

The ridiculous expenses were also pointed out by x-Kristin, a twitter account. She commented: “Ridiculous alcohol fees aside who are the people who actually pay $156 for red bull,  $75 for chicken fingers, $60 for street tacos, and over $1700 for gratuity and venue fees?”

The day after the aforementioned bill was published, another braggart, David Oro, quickly responded with a receipt of $189,375, saying the first poster was a “rookie.”

The second bill from the Wynn hotel’s Tryst nightclub had a long list of exorbitant pricing and depicted lavish spending.

The extravagant tab includes $100,000 for four bottles of Veuve Clicquot Yellow—each retail value of about $50—and $770 for a bottle of Gray Goose vodka.

@Amber_R_Bovetti commented: “Yet they pay the servers an unliveable wage and the tips don’t mean that much when they make less than $8 an hour. Even if I had a disposable income I would never spend $ at a club when you can buy it 90%cheaper somewhere else.”

“I just purchased $200 of groceries and it was difficult to not purchase like I used to, I can barely afford meat any longer, then to see $100k party tab and probably zero taxes makes my blood boil at the inequalities. Retired RN here.”  @manpower1955 accout said.

Arguments from both sides appear, but most commentators consider such expenditures to be extremely wasteful and inappropriate.
