The Biden administration announced its intention to revive and expand Title IX Protection against campus sexual assault, a measure initiated by Former President Obama that allows women to report rape or sexual harassment and the suspects to be penalized regardless whether they are guilty or not.
According to a Breitbart report, the Title IX Protection sanctioned in 2011 by the Obama administration was based on debunked statistics from the National Institute of Justice that claimed, “1 in 5 women are victims of completed or attempted sexual assault while in college.”
However, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, a division of the Department of Justice, the actual rate of sexual assault on college campuses is 6.1 per 1,000 students, or 0.03 in 5.
Supposedly the statistics used by Obama that Biden now wants to re-use to reaffirm this false concept that all men are innately abusers were also backed up by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
American Enterprise Institute (AEI) resident scholar Christina Hoff Sommers made a video debunking the statistics used by Democrats.
“Where did the CDC find more than a million and nearly 14 million victims of sexual violence that professional criminologists somehow overlooked? It found them by using a poorly constructed telephone survey with a low response rate and a non-representative sample of respondents. No one interviewed was asked if they had been raped or sexually assaulted,” Sommers said.
It should be noted that during the current pandemic, the CDC, under the leadership of Dr. Anthony Fauci, also inflated CCP Virus death figures and hundreds of thousands of deaths that were not directly caused by the CCP Virus were counted in. In other words, the reputation of the CDC is in question, as it apparently manipulates the numbers to accommodate a political agenda.
Betsy Davos, the former Trump-era secretary of education, reversed the implementation of Title IX seeking a procedure where victims and defendants could defend themselves. Title IX procedures were branded “kangaroo courts” where such allegations played out.
Title IX parallels the “me too” movement initiated by Hollywood celebrities and used as a hammer by so-called feminism to wage its war against the traditional family.
A Communist goal behind the move
While the differences between the “me too” and the campuses is huge, as Hollywood really is infested with pedophiles, sexual predators, and promiscuity, the principle is the same: to alienate normal male-female relationships, putting the opposite sexes in a constant contradiction, as the simplest demonstration of interest can be taken as “sexual harassment.”
The ultimate goal is to demonize the traditional family or the so-called patriarchy, since once the family nucleus is broken, traditional values are lost, people stop believing in the divine, and that is where the communist ideology spreads in society.
