Strong criticism fell on the production of Disney’s CGI series Muppet Babies. The series is aimed at preschoolers and released episodes that openly promote transvestism and transgender ideology.

In one of its new episodes, titled “Gonzo-rella,” one of the main characters, Gonzo, can be seen achieving his supposed dream of dressing up as a princess for the “Royal Ball” after being told by his friend Piggy that children have to play knights.

The criticism flared up especially after Muppet Babies executive producer Tom Warburton admitted in an interview that since they started producing the series, they had the intention and desire to have “Gonzo show up in the playroom in a skirt.” From there, introduce transgender ideology to the younger kids and manage to “inspire children.”

“According to the princess handbook, only girls can wear princess dresses, while boys must dress as knights. Fortunately, Rizzo, the fairy rat father, grants Gonzo’s wish and gives him a magical dress so that no one suspects it’s him. At the Royal Ball, Gonzo helps Piggy and Summer see that doing things a little differently can be fun, which inspires him to tell his friends the truth,” reads a summary of the episode on Disney’s fan-run D23 page

The episode aired last month to great acclaim. As expected, liberal advocates of transgender and homosexual ideology applauded the initiative. However, more conservative and traditionalist sectors took it as an overt attack against the psyche of children.

The leftists who approve of this type of initiative are usually the same ones behind the pressure on governments to enforce the sex change claims of children and adults. They enroll Americans who do not recognize the biological basis of male or female sex and prefer to modify their bodies artificially according to their “self-perception” or whims.

Conservatives also weighed in on social media, such as commentator Candace Owens, who shared her outrage in a tweet saying:

“I can’t believe I’m tweeting this but … they are pushing the trans agenda on children via muppet babies. This is sick and PERVERTED. Everyone should be disturbed by predatory cartoons meant to usher children into gender dysphoria. Bring back manly muppets, anyone?”

Conservative author JD Rucker also issued a warning, telling people to be sure to keep an eye on the trans agenda despite everything else going on in the world. “Just because too many parents aren’t paying attention doesn’t mean our kids aren’t,” he wrote.

The Guardian reported that the Muppets also made headlines in February 2021 when Disney added a disclaimer labeling the original series as recommended for seniors only, arguing an alleged charge of racist content in the series.

“These stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now. Rather than remove this content, we want to acknowledge its harmful impact, learn from it and spark conversation to create a more inclusive future together.” It could be read in the preface before each episode of the original series began.

So far, no details have been provided as to exactly why The Muppets were deemed racist and the alleged “inappropriate content.”
