Attorney Sidney Powell, a former attorney for President Trump’s campaign, has sued Arizona officials on Wednesday, Dec. 2, alleging security risks and statistical anomalies created using Dominion Voting Systems in the 2020 elections.
Powell claims “massive election fraud” throughout the state and “multiple violations of the Arizona election laws.”
“The multifaceted schemes and artifices implemented by Defendants and their collaborators to defraud resulted in the unlawful counting, or fabrication, of hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious ballots in the State of Arizona, that collectively add up to multiples of Biden’s purported lead in the State of 10,457 votes,” the complaint read.
Included in the lawsuit are defendants Gov. Doug Ducey and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.
Powell asserts “expert witness testimony” indicates that “several thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious votes must be thrown out.”
Powell’s lawsuit said, “the fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious ploy was the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.”
Smartmatic and Dominion’s election software and machines are at the center of voter fraud in multiple states, and Powell has highlighted their use in voter fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Powell claimed in the suit: “Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs and dictators to ensure computerized ballot-stuffing and vote manipulation to whatever level was needed to make certain Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez never lost another election.”
Election results were certified in Arizona on Monday, handing the win to Joe Biden by more than 10,000 votes, making him the first Democrat to win the presidential vote in Arizona since 1996.
Attorney General Bill Barr stated on Tuesday that the DOJ had not found any widespread evidence of voter fraud.
“There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud, and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that,” Barr said, reports NewsNation.
