An armed and dangerous man wanted for a double homicide in Pennsylvania has been spotted in Florida, authorities confirmed.

The St. John’s County Sherriff’s Office in Florida reported that Jack Elijah Turner, 21, was spotted three times in the St. Augustine area on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

Turner is wanted in the shooting deaths of his 49-year-old stepmother and 10-year-old half-brother in Crawford County.

Turner is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, 145 pounds, with dark brown eyes and a tattoo on his right hand.

He is considered armed and dangerous, police said.
