Antifa targeted the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Portland, Oregon, early Sunday morning, April 11, setting fire to the building’s exterior as officers were reportedly trapped inside.

The brawl marked yet another night of chaos in the City of Roses, where violent demonstrations have raged almost every night for nearly a year.

“The Portland ICE facility is currently on fire,” wrote independent journalist Grace Morgan in a tweet followed by a 7-second video clip of the small blaze.

Clips posted by Morgan and other journalists on Twitter do not reveal how the fire began, but previous tweets show rioters starting a small fire a few feet away in a facility driveway.

“First ANTIFA fire of the night has already kicked off, so far people are just warming their hands on this cold night,” Morgan captioned a picture of a half-dozen people clustered around a small fire, some reaching their hands near it.

I’m at the ICE facility in Portland OR, for a big planned protest. So far close to 100 black bloc have gathered and more are arriving every minute. This will be my thread for the night #PortlandProtests pic.twitter.com/cHJ67sdZBi

“They then set it on fire while federal officers were inside,” independent journalist Andy Ngo tweeted. “Antifa also obscured the security cameras before launching the arson attack.”

“Burn the precinct to the ground,” Antifa protesters yelled as the fire raged.

One video depicts an individual standing in front of the fire with a raised hand, which is also associated with the Black Lives Matter movement.

Another video shows federal agents reportedly using pepper balls to disperse crowds. The rioters were dispersed from the land by federal police. This is the same property where Antifa rioted twice in a week earlier this year.
